Read-only profile discovery

The adapter returns candidates with evidence. An explicit exact selection is accepted; otherwise exactly one confirmed Plant-specific candidate is required. Zero candidates blocks with PROFILE_NOT_RESOLVED; multiple candidates block with PROFILE_AMBIGUOUS. No profile is created or modified.
