+The adapter returns candidates with evidence. An explicit exact selection is accepted; otherwise exactly one confirmed Plant-specific candidate is required. Zero candidates blocks with `PROFILE_NOT_RESOLVED`; multiple candidates block with `PROFILE_AMBIGUOUS`. No profile is created or modified.
