All_Serv_InstallUpdater.exe
  -> local All_Serv_Install.exe (Process.Start)

All_Serv_Install.exe
  -> configured external object: P_Serv_Starter.exe for Plant 3D 2019
  -> copies selected application catalogs from configured network sources

All_Serv_Load.exe
  -> configured external object (separate legacy workflow)

No ProjectReference exists in any of the three projects. Each solution has a single buildable project. P_Serv_Starter.exe is referenced only as a configured external object, not supplied by any audited launcher project.
