Events: LauncherStarted, ConfigurationLoaded, ProductDiscoveryStarted, ProductDiscovered, CatalogReadStarted, CatalogReadCompleted, PackageValidationStarted, PackageValidationCompleted, SynchronizationStarted, SynchronizationCompleted, ActivationCompleted, RollbackStarted, RollbackCompleted, LaunchPrepared, LaunchBlocked, LauncherFailed.

Records exclude user identity, tokens, passwords, full Plant project paths, project numbers and engineering-file content. Logs must never block a launch decision.
