# ADR-002: Single managed entrypoint

**Decision:** NETLOAD only `PRecAnnot.Plant3D2026.dll`. **Status:** accepted. **Why:** removes orchestration of 20 independent loads and centralizes commands/Ribbon. **Consequence:** internal dependencies must be packaged as CLR dependencies, not NETLOAD targets.
